If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing.

1 Corinthians 13:1-3

If you were asked to describe who you are without saying what you do, what would you say? You could say you are what you believe. Our beliefs effect every area of our lives, forming the very nature of who we are.

We believe the apostle Paul when he writes about Jesus:
"He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over
all creation. For by him all things were created: things
in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things
were created by him and for him. He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. And he is the head
of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy. For God was pleased to
have all his fullness dwell in him, and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth
or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross."

Colossians 1:15-20

We believe that grace and truth has come from a living God who deeply loves his creation and longs for us to know him.
